The Treatment Experience
The treatment room is in a caravan to the right of our cottage. The cottage sits on the Anglesey bed rock, so the going underfoot is a bit uneven. Clients can park right outside the cottage and follow the signs round the side of the house to the caravan. There are steps up to the caravan with a good handrail.
The treatment room overlooks the smallholding's little walled orchard and a small field. In warm weather clients can opt to have treatments under the trees in the orchard.
Clients are welcome to spend time relaxing after their therapy session either in the treatment room or in the orchard.
As Cae'r Bryniau is a working smallholding, clients should be aware they may meet friendly chickens, cats and dogs.
Clients are offered water on arrival and after their treatment. Organic herbal teas are also available. On your first visit, we will have a full consultation about your health and wellbeing and a detailed chat about your chosen therapy and aftercare advice.
For Reiki and Ear candling treatments clients usually lie on a massage table. However, Suzi is happy to adapt treatments to assist clients as required. For hand reflexology clients sit on the sofa. Foot reflexology clients sit in a reclining chair.
Clients need to remove shoes and socks for foot reflexology, rings and bracelets for hand reflexology. Otherwise clients remain fully clothed so it's a good idea to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
